Música Para El Alma

MPA – Solidary Music

Música Para el Alma (Music for the Soul) is a charitable project created in Argentina by musicians from symphony orchestras and choirs, and which has now spread to other countries. We aim to bring musical activities to hospitals, special-needs schools, nursing homes and public welfare institutions to accompany people who are going through tough situations in life.

Our purpose is to establish direct human contact – a fundamental connection for all musical endeavour. The origin of these charity concerts has a name: Eugenia, a young and talented flautist in the Juan de Dios Filiberto National Orchestra of Argentine Music, who struggled for years against a disease; and chose to transform that reality by creating this project to bring music to people who are going through difficult situations.

Música Para el Alma brings the awareness that created this peaceful message held by its members to every concert.

Recovering human values
